To-day. Sun-day.
ANd it, indeed, has been a pretty darn sunny day! Yay!
I woke up early, as usual, and listened to the Trijaya FM late at nite before I was drowned in my sleep, unable to fight back the drowsy eyes and weakened body. I woke up twice or more, of course.
It's good that Kiko has ceased into a nice dog again, thanks to his expired mating season. He becomes his old self.
What the heck?!! The net cafe operator plays this catchy Christmas song in a powerful volume, Let it Snow.
Okay, where were we?
YEah, I woke up early. Did my morning routine except the morning tea. They didnt buy tea for me, "I'm taking Al's," Green said in a very casual way. Sure, pal, i said to myself.
I went to Carrefour later this afternoon with a previous plan: reading the novel till the last page. Maybe sit my arse down at the table of one of those cafes?
But it was the stupid me. The mall was overcrowded as always on weekend. I ended up bought the 200-gram powder milk, and a 25-tea-bag Green tea pack. Went home right away and found Green and Al were sitting cozily, feet strecthed straight far to the wooden chairs in front of them, both bare-chested, big bellies hanging low, eyes fixed on my way, inspecting what I'm taking home, my brown cloth bag with non-suspicous bulge in it.
I wish I were somewhere else! I dunno why I came back home so early, it wasnt even four pm. Ellie was still sick yesterday and she probably works at her net cafe this afternoon till eve.
I was hoping to find new faces, new friends in town to get fresh perspective, new jokes, raw experiences to sharpen my dull days. And I saw this young expat guy across the road, at the Xerox shop, when I was about to cross the road to this net cafe. I cant just approach him and say something...what? Hi, How do you do? Can I practise my English 101?
It can wait, anyway.
I made a few conversation with Al and Green while I got rid of the brown shoes. Small unecessary talk which, I bet, neither of us meant it. LOL
Although I didnt sweat that much but I felt dirty. I stripped naked, ignore the wide open windows, none would see me, i said to myself, although there was this fat guy worked his mouth on his mobile, standing in front of our gate. He's must be the next door's guest. They make get-together almost every day, sing hyms, accompanied by the guitar, spiced up with some claps, roar of laughters, or wohooo! See? We are surrounded by religious people.
I grabbed the green towel, cover my waist.
Ah yeah, I also bought a Jazz CD, I had been meaning to get WOW Christian 2008 CD which I cannot find anywhere. WHen it was playing, I cleaning my body, I'm familiar with some of the songs, but I dunno the whole lyrics, so I simply concentrated on the weak stream of the water. The shower stuff has been out of order since we re-installed it from the old house. BUt I dont want to bother anyone.
I resumed my reading afterward, the book has to be returned next week, so I have to finish it. It took a while before I fell asleep and let the time rolled, which was at its slow motion, I guess, because when I woke up, it was hardly one hour passed.
